                 WHAT IS A NARRATIVE TEXT?

The narrative text is a form of discourse that has been fixed by writing. The purpose of a narrative text is to tell a story, usually the story of a resolution to a problem.

GRAMMAR: 

Hello! My name is Lucy Peterson. I am twelve years old and I´m a sixth-year grader. 

Last summer I traveled to Cusco with my family for 1 week. We knew different places. It was great. I took photos of the landscapes. We visited the mountain of the 7 colors. My sister and I rode horses during the hike.

Then we went to have lunch a feast of different typical foods. At night we returned to the hotel, we went to rest.

In the end, we slept early, it was a wonderful day.

It is the presentation of an orderly sequence and precise and detailed information.

INGREDIENTS: 

- Pieces of bread

- Tomatoes

-Lettuce

-Cheese

-Chicken pieces.

MAKE A SANDWICH 😄

 Directions: 

1. Put on your apron. 

2. Wash your hands.

3. Take two slices of bread.

4. Butter each piece of bread.

5. Cut the ingredient.

6. Put your ingredients on one piece of bread.

7. Put the second piece of bread on top.

8. Cut the sandwich into two pieces.

9. Eat the sandwich.

A  descriptive text usually focuses on describing a single location, object, event, person, or place.

GRAMMAR : 

Hello, I`m Lucy. This is my family. 

My mother is Ana. She is 45 years old.

She is a teacher. She is sociable with her colleagues.

My father is Hector. He is 50 years old. He´s a doctor. He is a good person. 

My sister is Corina. She is 25 years old. 

She is a nurse. She is tall and thin. She is a friendly person. 

My brother is Juan. He is 12 years old.

He is a student. He is small and handsome. 

He is a funny person.
